What is your return policy?
We have a return policy of 30 days from date of purchase, either for exchange or refund. For defective products we will reimburse you for reasonable shipping charges.
Returns will be accepted only if the item is in new condition and in original package. Will will not accept CODs on returns.
The names of all of our customers and visitors to our website will be strictly confidential and used for internal purposes only. We do not sell, give away, or otherwise compromise this information
Orders are shipped ASAP (usually within 24 hours). You will be notified if any item is out of stock and will be given status of backorder, if applicable.
All packages will be shipped priority mail or UPS. Overnight and 2nd day service is available for an additional charge
